Delete your Aube account

You can request deletion of your Aube account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials (email and name)
• Your meditation and routine session history
• Your profile and preference settings
• Your paired Aube device records

Anonymous crash and diagnostic data that is not linked to your identity cannot be traced back to you and may be retained by our service providers for their standard retention periods. See our privacy policy for details.

How to request deletion

1. Email us from the address associated with your Aube account — this is how we verify the request is yours.
2. Use the button below, or write to support@aubeworld.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
3. We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If you no longer have access to your account email, contact support@aubeworld.com and we will verify your identity another way.
